This Breading recipe is great for breading all types of foods that you want to fry or air fry. I use it for chicken, chicken fried steak, city chicken, fried pickles, fried cheese curds, pork chops, fried shrimp and fish. I also use it I’m meatloaf and meatballs and as a crunchy casserole topping. If you do it have chicken flour, you can omit it.
- 2 cups pork panko (crushed pork rinds)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Carnivore Crisps chicken breast flour use my discount code Low carb revelation
- 2 Tbsp season salt (Redmond’s Real Salt Organic Season Salt is my favorite)
Mix all ingredients together. Dip whatever you are breading into raw eggs and then coat with the breading. Bake, air fry, deep fry or pan fry until crispy. Keep refrigerated for freshness.
