
Ingredients:
- 1-lb Alaskan Cod
- 1 cup my crispy breading
- 2 eggs
Whisk eggs in a bowl. Dip thawed cod in eggs and then dredge in crispy breading. Place breaded fish in air fryer. If using a Zstar air fryer, use “air crisp” setting on 400 degrees for 22-24 minutes, flipping halfway through cook time. Serve with my delicious tartar sauce!
