I love balsamic vinegar but it is full of sugar. I’m always looking for sugar free alternatives. I found a lot of recipes online and discovered that you can add keto approved sweeteners to red wine vinegar and use that as a great tasting, zero carb alternative.

Two Ingredients:
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Brown Monkfruit Sweetener
I used a two to one ratio, for instance, 1 cup red wine vinegar to 1/2 cup sweetener. I just heated them together in a saucepan on the stove until the sweetener dissolved completely. Then I transferred it to a glass bottle and stored in the refrigerator. I like to drizzle this over fresh sliced strawberries. It is a delectable treat.
