This is similar to traditional Fat Head Pizza dough but has a switch on some ingredients making it more carnivore friendly.
- 3/4 cup fresh grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup my crispy breading recipe
- Seasonings (I use garlic powder and Italian seasoning)
Place mozzarella cheese and butter in a medium bowl. Microwave for one minute. Stir until combined, add eggs, breading and seasoning. Stir until combined. Work quickly so that the dough stays warm. Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet, spray it with nonstick baking spray. Dump mixture onto parchment. Spray another piece of parchment and lay on top of dough. Press and smooth dough out through the paper. Peel top paper off but leave the bottom piece. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and add desired sauce and toppings. Place back in the oven and continue baking for 8-10 minutes. Crust will firm up as it cools.
