This is a basic Chaffle recipe. You can build on it, if you like from here. They are great, just plain for using a as sandwich “bread”

My delicious BLT

You can add some seasoning if you want to spice them up. They make great mini pizza bread or just enjoy them plain as an on the go snack.

The possibilities are endless.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese, I like mozzarella

Mix eggs and cheese together and make them in a mini waffle iron. I use this one: Mini waffle maker

If you want your chaffles to be crispy, add a little extra cheese to the top and bottom side and cook until desired texture.

This recipe makes 4 Chaffle’s
