Kielbasa and Cabbage

1.5-2 lbs Smoked Kielbasa
1 T Butter
1 Medium Sliced Onion
2 tsp Minced Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
1-14 oz bag Cole slaw
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard


Melt butter in skillet. Add kielbasa, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Once onions and kielbasa are cooked through, add slaw, vinegar and mustard. Cook until cabbage is soft.
