Cheesy Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Breakfast pork sausage
  • 1/4 cup crushed pork rinds or crushed moon cheese or cheddar cheese whisps crisps
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Add all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl, and combine everything together.
  3. Roll the mixture into 24 balls, about 1”
  4. Place the sausages balls on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.

Makes 24 meatballs

  1. Yes. It will still be good but be a little different in texture. You could maybe try pork rinds crushed

  2. Will this be okay without the moon cheese? That stuff is really expensive.
