Butter Syrup

This “syrup” is perfect for pouring over low carb pancakes, waffles or French toast. you can refrigerate it, it will solidify, all you need to do is heat and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp powdered Monkfruit sweetener or other powdered sweetener. Powdered sweetener makes it like a glaze. You can use granulated sweetener as well.
  • 1 tsp maple extract

Stir all ingredients together and serve as a syrup. Easy peasy!
