Low Carb Garlic Cheese Bread



  • PSMF Batter recipe here   (I only used a small. portion to make the crust and used the rest of the batter for a loaf of bread.)
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • olive oil

Start by making the crust from the egg white batter recipe above.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray. Spread 2 cups of the batter onto the parchment in the shape of a circle about 1/2 inch thick. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for about 12-14 minutes. Remove from oven, peel off parchment paper and place crust back on baking sheet. Brush melted butter across the top of the crust with a pastry brush. sprinkle garlic powder and salt across the top. Sprinkle cheese across the top and top with italian seasoning. Drizzle olive oil over the top and bake in a 400. degree oven until cheese is melted, about. 6-8 minutes. Cut into slices and serve warm. Can be served with marinara sauce for dipping.
