Bacon Cheddar Cheese Ball



  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon crumbles
  • 1 green onion diced

Mix cream cheese, 1/4 cup of cheddar, garlic powder and salt in a bowl. Form into a ball. On a plate, mix 1/4 cup of cheddar, bacon bits and green onion. Roll ball in this mix until the outside is coated. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate. Serve with celery, cucumber slices, bell pepper slices, dried salami or pepperoni, meat chips, etc.
