
Ingredients:
- 3 Chicken Breast cut into strips or Chicken Tenders
- 1/2 Cup Crushed Pork Rinds
- 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
- 2 Eggs Beaten
Mix Pork Rinds, Parmesan Cheese and Chicken flour together in a shallow bowl. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Dip Chicken into eggs then coat with crumbs. Air Fry on 400 degrees for 22-24 minutes.

I know you said, 3 chicken breasts, but I purchased a bag of chicken tenders and not sure of the total weight that I need for this recipe
I cut each chicken breast into about 3 pieces. So 9 would probably be good
