1 cup Zero carb mayonnaise
4 teasoons white vinegar
¼ cup allulose sweetener (if you like sweet Cole slaw, if not omit)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 bags (14 ounce each) shredded Cole
slaw mix
Mix all together and refrigerate for 30 minutes, serve.

If you use all zero carb ingredients, this dressing has 0 carbs.

The slaw mix has 5 carbs in a 1-1/2 cup serving.
