Crispy Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

Dip Chicken into eggs then coat with crumbs. Air Fry on 400 degrees for 22-24 minutes.

0g Carbs

16g Protein

5g Fat

118 Calories

If you are following my personal meal plan, have 4-5 tenders and pair it with my ranch dip and my coleslaw if you eat vegetables.

  1. Another great recipe, Paula. I tried this tonight and we really enjoyed it. I don’t have an air-fryer, so decided to panfry the chicken in a bit of bacon grease so that I could brown the coating a bit before putting the chicken in the oven to finish baking it. It dirtied an extra pan, but the crispy result was worth the effort.

  2. I cut each chicken breast into about 3 pieces. So 9 would probably be good

  3. I know you said, 3 chicken breasts, but I purchased a bag of chicken tenders and not sure of the total weight that I need for this recipe
