
This casserole is a lot like my lasagna recipe but it has all the flavors of a Mexican enchilada dish.
Ingredients:
- 4-5 Skinless Chicken Thighs (cooked & shredded)
- 4 Crepini Egg Wraps
- 2 Tbsp taco seasoning https://lowcarbrevelation.com/2022/05/25/homemade-taco-seasoning/
- 2 cans 10 oz Enchilada Sauce
- 12 oz Muenster Cheese
- Sour Cream for Topping
Layer wraps, chicken, sauce and cheese. Bake 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly.
