Hot Chocolate Sugar Free



  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Cup Monkfruit Granular Sweetener
  • A Pinch of Salt

Mix all together in a jar with a lid. I like to put the ingredients in, add the lid and give it a shake.

When you’re ready for a cup, warm your milk of choice, I like to use 3/4 cup Almond Milk and 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream. Once warmed, add a couple of teaspoons of the cocoa mix to your milk and whisk. I like to use a milk frother:

I top mine with homemade whipped cream that I make in this dispenser:

One tsp cocoa mix has less then 1 carb

3/4 cup almond milk & 1/4 cup heavy cream & 2 tsp cocoa mix = 5 carbs
