Low Carb Creamy Coleslaw
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp stevia glycerite
1 tsp Dijon mustard
salt & pepper to taste
Mix all together and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Add to slaw mix as needed
