Venison Marinade

Per One Pound of Meat

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ c lemon, juiced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper

Place meat in a large bag and pour all ingredients in. Marinade in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
