Per One Pound of Meat
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- ½ c lemon, juiced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- ¾ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
Place meat in a large bag and pour all ingredients in. Marinade in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
