
Ingredients:
- 6 boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup avocado mayonnaise
- 1-2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup bacon crumbles
Sliced eggs in half and put yolks in a small mixing bowl. Smash yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, Dijon and salt. Mix together well. fill with some of the filling and top with bacon crumbles. Keep refrigerated for up to four days.
