
Ingredients:
- 1 large chicken breast filet in half
- 1/4 cup crispy breading
- 1 egg
- 1-2 cups Romain lettuce chopped
- 1 oz shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Caesar dressing
Dip chicken breast in egg then coat with breading. Air fry or bake in oven about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile, chop lettuce and coat with Caesar dressing. After chicken is done, cut into strips and top salad. Top with shredded Parmesan.
