
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breast each split in half
- 1 cup crispy breading
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup low carb marinara
- 8 thin slices mozzarella cheese
Dip chicken in egg and then coat with crispy breading. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Place in air fryer. Air fry for 25 minutes, flipping half way through. Once flipped, top chicken equally with sauce, then add cheese. Finish air frying until cheese is brown and bubbly. If using an oven, preheat to 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes with the same method.
