
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs thin sliced ribeye steak
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 green bell pepper sliced thin
- 1 medium onion sliced thin
- 1 cup fresh white mushrooms chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 6 slices provolone cheese
Start by sautéing onion and peppers in butter in a large skillet for three minutes, sprinkle with salt and garlic powder. Add beef and toss and cook through. Once meat is browned, add mushrooms. Stir and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Top beef with slices of provolone at the end and let melt. Serve hot.
