Low Carb French Toast



  • 4 PSMF Bread Slices, Recipe here
  • 2 eggs

Soak bread in whisked eggs on each side for a couple of minutes. Melt butter in a fry pan and place bread in skillet and brown on both sides. Remove from heat.

For the “syrup”

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp powdered sweetener (I use monkfruit)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix all together and pour over french toast.

Two Slices of toast with half of the butter syrup has:
