Ingredients:

  • Pork Belly cut into 1” cubes
  • Seasoning

Cut pork belly into bite size cubes

Season with you favorite seasoning. I used a prime rib seasoning I get from a local market. Season well!

Place in air fryer at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes depending on how crisp you want them. I like mine crispy! My air fryer has adjustable shelves and at the last couple of minutes, I moved mine up close to the burner. They came out amazing!
