Low Carb Lasagna



  • 2-lbs ground beef
  • 2- jars Low Carb Pasta Sauce (I like Rao’s)
  • 16 oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 Crepini Egg Wraps
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Brown the ground beef, add salt, garlic and Italian seasoning, drain. Add sauce and simmer. Spread a small amount of sauce in a round 12” skillet then lay two egg wraps on top.

Put half of the ground beef sauce on top of the wraps. Top with half of the mozzarella cheese.

Add two more egg wraps and layer again with remaining beef sauce and cheese.

Bake in pre-heated 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until cheese and sauce are melted and bubbly.

Meal Plan Idea: Add one cup of tossed salad and one tbsp Ranch dressing, add an extra 4g carbs. (read label for dressing to confirm carb count)
