This delicious, savory lasagna is so easy to make and really low in carbs!
- 2-lbs ground beef
- Low Carb Pasta Sauce (I like Rao’s)
- 12 oz Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 Crepini Egg Wraps
- Salt and pepper
These are the egg wraps I use in place of the noodles. I double the wraps because they are so thin. I get them from Sam’s Club or Aldi.
Brown the ground beef, add salt pepper and any other spices at this time, drain. Pour a small amount of sauce in the skillet then lay two egg wraps on top.
Put half of the ground beef on top of the wraps.
Then pour half of the jar of pasta sauce onto the beef and smooth out.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Add two more egg wraps and layer again with remaining beef, sauce and cheese.
Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until cheese and sauce are melted and bubbly.
