Easy Anti Pasta Salad:

Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced Salami, (I get mine from Aldi), Pepperoni, Red Onion, Feta Cheese, top withItalian Dressing. Delish!

  • 3 Mini Sliced Cucumbers
  • 1 Pack Cherry Tomatoes
  • 10 oz Sliced Salami
  • 1 Pack Pepperoni sliced into quarters or mini’s work good if you can find them
  • 1/2 Medium Red Onion Diced
  • 1/4 Cup Pepper Rings
  • 8 oz Feta Cheese
  • Good Season’s Italian Dressing Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup White Vinegar
