1-lb Ground Beef
¼ Cup Red Onion, diced
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1 teaspoon Redmond Salt
2 teaspoons Minced Fresh Garlic
1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
¼ Cup Tamari Sauce
1 (14 ounce) bag Coleslaw Mix
2 Green Onions, thinly sliced
Pepper to taste

Brown Ground meat along with onions. Add sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, garlic and ginger. Stir for about one minute. Add Tamari sauce and coleslaw mix. Stir and cook until slaw is soft or desired texture. Top with green onions.
