Egg roll in a bowl
Serving Size 4

1 lb. ground ground beef, chicken, turkey or pork
¼ cup of red onion, diced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon Redmond salt
2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
1 teaspoon ground ginger
¼ cup Tamari sauce
1 (14 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
2 green onions, thinly sliced
black or red pepper, to taste

Brown Ground meat then add onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, garlic and ginger. Stir for about one minute. Add Tamari sauce and cole slaw mix. Stir and cook until slaw is soft or desired texture. Top with green onion.
