Low Carb Jalapeño Poppers
Ingredients:
- 5-6 Jalapeño Peppers
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp Redmond Hickory Smoked Real Salt
- Bacon Crumbles

First, cut jalapeño peppers in half and scoop out the insides.

This is the Smokey salt I use. It’s my secret ingredients…I have a discount code for Redmond Real Salt here: https://shop.redmond.life/discount/LowCarbRevelation?redirect=%2F%3Fafmc%3DLowCarbRevelation

Mix all of the ingredients except the peppers and the bacon, together, then I fill the peppers with the cream cheese mixture.

Once they are all filled, place them in an oven preheated at 400, bake for about 12-15 minutes.
I prefer to use my air fryer. They come out nice and crispy. 400 degrees for 13-15 minutes.
