I have always loved Reese Cups but since I’m living low carb now, I don’t eat them anymore. I came up with this option and they are great! Here is my simple recipe.
- 2 Cups Lily’s Sugar Free Chocolate
- 1/2 Cup just peanuts Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp MCT Oil or Coconut Oil
Melt chocolate chips and MCT oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each.
Stir until all chips are melted.
Using a muffin tin with liners, put one Tbsp of melted chocolate into each cup.
Next, top with one tsp peanut butter.
Then, top with another Tbsp Chocolate. Place in refrigerator until hardened.
Remove from cups and store in airtight container in refrigerator.
