
Have you ever tried chocolate covered bacon? If not, you should, it’s amazing! I use three ingredients, Lily’s Sugar Free Chocolate, MCT oil & cooked bacon. Here is how I make them.
Ingredients:
- 1 C. Lily’s Chocolate Chips or any other sugar free low carb chocolate.
- 1 t. MCT Oil or Coconut Oil
- Cooked Bacon

I start by adding chocolate chips and MCT oil to a glass bowl, then microwave. Microwave in 30 second intervals, storing in between, until chocolate is melted.

Stir until all chips are melted.

I like to cut my bacon in halves, then I use a rubber spatula to spread the chocolate on both sides of the bacon.

Then I lay the bacon on parchment paper.

After they are all coated, I put them in the refrigerator to harden.
I keep them stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
This is a great way to get a little healthy fat when you are feeling hungry in between meals.
