
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated cucumber
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp dried dill or fresh
Peel and grate cucumber and place in a cheesecloth or paper towel and squeeze out excess water. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. It’s best to let it sit in the refrigerator for at least a few hours.
