Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Kebab

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 1-1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast bite size cubes
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup tamari sauce or soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger powder or fresh
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sweetener Crushed red pepper to taste (optional)

Mush all together in a bag or bowl to coat, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before skewering on skewers to grill
