
Ingredients:
- 1 to 1-1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast bite size cubes
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup tamari sauce or soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp ginger powder or fresh
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup brown sweetener Crushed red pepper to taste (optional)
Mush all together in a bag or bowl to coat, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before skewering on skewers to grill
