Ingredients

  • 1-1b ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6-8 oz grated Parmesan cheese
  • Toppings

Preheat smoker to 275 degrees, add desired wood chips. Meanwhile, assemble crust. Blend all ingredients, except the toppings together in a bowl. Press “dough” into a pizza shape circle on a baking sheet that fits inside your smoker. Once temperature is achieved place the baking sheet into the smoker and set a timer for 20 minutes after 20 minutes. Remove crust from pan and place onto wire rack if desired, this will allow smoke to cover the entire crust. After another 20 minutes, remove the pizza crust from the smoker and close the smoker to keep it hot. Add sauce and toppings to the crust and place back inside the smoker for an additional 20 to 30 minutes or until everything has melted nice and bubbly. Smoker and serve immediately.
