
Ingredients
Filling:
- 6 large eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 slices bacon sliced into pieces
- 1 cup cooked ground breakfast sausage
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Crust:
- 1-1/2 cups my crispy breading
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 egg
METHOD
Mix crust ingredients together and press into a 9″ pie plate.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. The crust will be partially baked
Remove from oven and prepare filling.
Sauté onions in butter, add breakfast sausage and cook through. Add ham and bacon, cook through. Add to partially baked pie crust. Pour cream into eggs and beat, add salt. Pour over meats then top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. The edges should be firm and the center should be just a little bit jiggly.
Store in refrigerator for up to four days.
