
Ingredients:
- 4 PSMF Bread Slices, Recipe here
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp heavy cream
Coat both sides of bread in eggs that have been whisked with heavy cream. Melt butter in a fry pan and place bread in skillet and brown on both sides. Remove from heat.
Makes two servings
For the “syrup”
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp powdered sweetener (I use monkfruit)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla or maple extract
Mix all together and pour over french toast.
