
Ingredients:
- 3 Green Peppers cut in half and seeded
- 1 lb Shaved Beef (you could also use ground beef or chicken, etc,)
- 1/4 Cup Diced Onion
- Sliced Mushrooms if desired
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 6 Slices Provolone cheese
Cut and clean green peppers. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 6 minutes at 375 degrees.
Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter then add shaved beef and seasonings. This cooks up very quickly.
Once meat is cooked, stuff peppers with meat filling and top with provolone cheese.
Bake in oven at 375 degrees until cheese is melted and a little golden brown. About 8-10 minutes.
