This is a great one skillet meal, perfect for a busy weeknight or lazy weekend dinner. It is low carb, high in fat and protein.

Ingredients:

Saute onions in butter then add and brown ground beef. Drain and stir in taco seasoning, tomatoes and cauliflower. Top with cheese and cover until cheese melts. Scoop into a bowl and add toppings.

Toppings Suggestions:

  • avocado
  • sour cream
  • cilantro
  • jalapeno
  • lettuce
  • tomato
