Cinnamon “Churro”

Mix eggs, cheese, vanilla in a small bowl.

Make chaffle’s in a mini waffle iron. Once cooked, brush butter onto both sides of chaffles and coat with cinnamon mixture.

Mix 1 tsp a with 1/4 cup of powdered Monk fruit, add more to thin if desired.

Pour glaze over top of Chaffle and cut into strips.

Makes 4-5 Chaffle’s

  1. Ooops.. you may want to add cinnamon to the recipe. I’m making this today & it smells so good ! Can’t wait to eat it ! I’m having it with your french eggs & parm bacon knots .. YUM YUM !!
