Keto Pancake Breakfast on a Stick

Makes about 12 sticks
Ingredients:
12 Breakfast sausage links cooked
1/2 cup almond flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 heaping teaspoon of Allulose or other keto approved sweetener
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon melted butter
3 beaten eggs
Avocado oil for deep frying


Directions:
Make batter by mixing all above ingredients except sausages. Pour into tall glass.
Pierce sausage with skewers and cook until browned. Let cool.
Dip sausages, one at a time into the batter and drop into skillet with oil, preheated to 350 degrees. I use avocado oil. Have tongs ready to flip quickly as they brown very fast. Brown on all sides. This takes about 30-45 seconds.
Remove and drain on paper towel.
Serve with syrup.
