
Ingredients:
- 1-1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 6 oz Cream Cheese
- 3/4 Cup Almond Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Melt Cheeses together in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and press between parchment paper that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Peel off top layer of parchment. Leave dough on bottom layer. Bake pizza crust at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Dough will not be fully baked, just firmed up. Add desired toppings and finish baking in oven 10-15 minutes.
