Best Meatloaf

  • 2-lbs Ground beef
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup crushed pork rinds
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 8 slices bacon

Mix all ingredients, except Bacon, together.

Press meat mixture into a loaf pan. Lay strips of bacon on top of the meatloaf. Place in 375 degree oven, check for doneness after 45 minutes.
