Keto Meatloaf Ketogenic/Carnivore/Low Carb Recipes

Here is an easy low carb keto dinner that you can throw together and have a very filling dinner in no time!

I made this meatloaf in an iron skillet. I like making everything that I can in my iron skillets.

Here is a list of ingredients that I used. You can change the types of ground meat or seasonings to your liking.

  • 2-lbs Ground Chuck
  • 1-lb Ground Pork Sausage
  • 1 C Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 C Crushed Pork Rinds
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 C Diced Onion
  • 1 T Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Bacon

Mix all ingredients, except Bacon, together.

Press meat mixture into a pan or skillet in my case. Top with extra cheese if you’d like.

Lay strips of bacon on top of the meatloaf. Place in 400 degree oven for 1 hour. If you want to crisp the bacon at the end, turn on broil for about 5 minutes. Keep your eyes on it.

This is a great meal to reheat leftovers for lunch the next day.
