Low Carb Flat Bread

Ingredients:

8 oz cottage cheese

1 egg

1 tsp seasoning: I use this

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients together well. Equally divide the mixture into two circles on top of a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool, these will become sturdier as they cool. Use to make wraps or personal pizzas.
