Lucky’s Steakhouse Copy Cat Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

12 oz fresh brussel sprouts cut in half

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 tsp LCR house seasoning

1/4 cup bacon crumbles

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Method

Place Brussels sprouts and bacon crumbles in a small baking dish, I use a small iron skillet. Drizzle with olive oil and seasoning. Roast in a preheated 425 degree oven for 18-20 minutes or until tender but not mushy. Remove from oven. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and top with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
