Loaded Cauliflower

Ingredients:

12 oz bag frozen cauliflower

1/2 cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste

8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup bacon crumbles

Method:

Grease a casserole dish with butter. Pour in thawed cauliflower. Pour heavy cream over cauliflower, add salt and pepper to taste. Top with cheese and bacon crumbles. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
