Protein Ice Cream Bars

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz plain Greek Yogurt (I used 2%)
  • 1 scoop Equip Prime Protein Powder (I like peanut butter)
  • 6-7 pecans chopped
  • 8 oz sugar free chocolate chips
  • Popsicle sticks

Mix protein powder in with yogurt until well blended. Place parchment paper on a large baking sheet. Spoon yogurt mixture onto parchment and smooth out flat but not to thin. Divide pecans equally onto each circle. Insert a popsicle stick into each circle. Freeze overnight. The next day, melt chocolate chips and dip half of each bar into chocolate. Place back on parchment and free for at least one hour. Keep stored in freezer.
