Ingredients

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1⁄4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsps minced fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1⁄4 cup Tamari sauce
  • 1 (14 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Pepper to taste 

Brown ground beef along with onions in a large skillet on the stovetop. Add oil, salt, garlic and ginger. Stir for about one minute. Add Tamari sauce, rice vinegar and coleslaw mix. Stir and cook until slaw is soft or desired texture. Top with green onions.
