
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup salami
- 1/2 cup pepperoni
- 1/4 cup diced ham
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella pearls
- 1/4 olives
- 1/4 cup pepper rings
- 1/8 cup diced red onion
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
Chop meats and cheese into bite size pieces, add veggies. Mix dressing ingredients together in a jar and shake. Pour over salad and mix well. Store in refrigerator. Olive oil can get thick in the refrigerator so sit out about a half hour before serving.
