
Ingredients
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- I tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Low Carb Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix ricotta, parmesan, garlic powder, italian seasoning and salt together in a bowl. Pour half of the marinara sauce into a 8″×8″ pan or iron skillet. Lay each chicken breast on top of the sauce. Spread the ricotta mixture onto the top of each chicken breast. Pour the rest of the sauce over each chicken breast. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven, uncover and top with mozzarella cheese. Return to oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
