Crispy Chicken Skin Chips

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Skins
  • Salt

Lay chicken skins, stretched out in single layer on a cooling rack that sits inside a baking sheet. Salt both sides of skins. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Let cool on cooling rack. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
